Finnish term or phrase: avio-oikeus
Hello,
This is my first question on this Website!
The complete sentence reads "Me allekirjoittaneet puolisot peruutamme Tampereen käräjäoikeudessa rekisteröydyn avioehtosopimuksen ja haluamme, että avio-oikeus palautetaan välillemme täysimääräisesti."
Does this mean that both spouses get back the property rights that they had before marriage?
