'pro fisco' declaration Explanation: • NOMINAL PRICE The nominal price is a price that is lower than the actual worth of the good. Property may be bought at a nominal price. However to avoid the risk of fines and additional costs, the contract must mention a specific declaration called 'pro fisco' which means that the registration fees are applied to the estimated price not the sale price.
