I am currently translating a short employment contract (Flemish -> English), and am struggling to find a suitable translation for the above term.

The context is as follows:

"De werknemer maakt voor het uitoefenen van zijn functie gebruik van zijn prive voertuig. De autokosten die voor de beroepsverplaatsingen met eigen voertuig worden gemaakt, worden vergoed met een bedrag van 0,34 per km. Het meerdere van het fiscaal onbelaste bedrag zal meegenomen worden voor de belastingheffing. Alle kosten (verzekeringen, taks, verbruik, onderhoud) van het voertuig zijn ten laste van de werknemer."

F.e.: if the employee gets an allowance of € 0,35/km and the (by tax authorities) fixed tax exempt rate is € 0,30/km: € 0,05/km will be included in his taxable income.
