French term or phrase: semoir à disques inclinés poussés
Le choix technique proposé par xxx a été le modèle innovant de **semoir à disques inclinés poussés**. Le principe de l’utilisation des disques est de permettre un usage idéal dans des conditions de semis sous couvert végétal (mort ou vivant). Il diffère des modèles, plus répandus et déjà commercialisés, utilisant des dents, mais qui sont fonctionnels uniquement en cas de couverture végétale limitée sur le sol.

Hi all,

While translating a relatively non-technical text, I have come across a term with no known equivalent in English. The client tells me that they made up the French term "semoir à disques inclinés poussés." The context is conservation agriculture (zero-tillage/no-till farming), however, there are no further descriptions of what this machine looks like or how it functions.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
