Asker: Thanks Michael. I do miss the days when most people knew how to use commas in strings of adjectives.

Asker: See https://ca.vwr.com/store/catalog/product.jsp?product_id=26577572 which backs your answer, but uses "Ag" for "antigen" and no comma.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks José. However, I am really looking for an answer from a specialist in the field, rather than dictionary definitions of antigen combined with word-crunching. As for context. The only context is that this would be used in ELISA and is mentioned in a training MCQ.

disagree  Michael Barnett: The main problem here is that the word order creates ambiguity. Is it rabbit antibody against an unspecified antigen or polyclonal antibodies against rabbit antigen? I believe the first meaning was the intended.
