Science - Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng / Engineering school subject
French term or phrase: Édifices chimiques
This is one subject in a list of subjects on the transcript from the first year of a 5-year engineering course in agri-food.

The full subject title is "Édifices chimiques et réactivité".

Unfortunately my usual resources have drawn a blank one this one, and as my chemistry background is not very strong I'm rather stuck.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

PHYS.

Probably more than just compounds. Perhaps macromolecules.

On second thought, this is probably not the structure/object, but the structure/spatial layout. "Structure and Reactivity" is a common course title.

Of course, it doesn't have to follow any norm, and the plural part indicates that it is probably object/structure.
