Hi,

This is a presentation of an optimal networks company
"ELEVAGE DES TIER 1 OA PAR OA" "tier" is third party operators here
This is one of the 5 "leviers de croissance", the first one is "cross selling" I really don't have much context to provide.
Does anyone have an idea what "élevage" is here?

Thank you.

Explanation:
Upselling

Upselling is a sales technique where a seller induces the customer to purchase more expensive items, upgrades or other add-ons in an attempt to make a more profitable sale. While it usually involves marketing more profitable services or products,[1] it can be simply exposing the customer to other options that were perhaps not considered. (A different technique is cross-selling in which a seller tries to sell something else.) In practice, large businesses usually combine upselling and cross-selling to maximize profit.

Upselling vs Cross-selling
Upselling is the practice in which a business tries to persuade customers to purchase a higher-end product, an upgrade, or an additional item in order to make a more rewarding sale. For instance a salesperson may influence a customer into purchasing an iPhone 5S, instead of an iPhone 5, by pointing out its additional features. "And this over here is our super deluxe model." A similar marketing technique is cross-selling, where the salesperson suggests the purchase of additional products for sale. For example, he might say "Would you like some ice cream to go with that cake?" It is beneficial for businesses to use both techniques in order to boost revenue and provide a valued consumer experience. However, research has shown that upselling is generally more effective than cross-selling (Lazazzera, R.,2015, March 4).

"De nombreux Tier 1 récemment gagnés par OA à développer avec pour objectif le niveau d’activité déjà réalisé auprès de X, Y"

Explanation:
"Raising tier 1 capital". If you Google the text string, you can find about classifications of tiers of capital, which are relevant for fulfilling Basel (standards mostly for financial firms) capital requirements, or otherwise are a method of presenting the financial stability or health of a firm.

disagree  Daryo: wrong context - they are not chasing fresh capital but new clients / more sales for their services (as per "cross selling ...", and "avec pour objectif le niveau d’activité déjà réalisé auprès de X, Y")

agree  Yolanda Broad: "existing clients"?

-> yes, "existing" - not much selling of any kind to be done to "exiting" clients! For someone who keeps repeating that spelling checkers are not nonsense checkers [...add your own comment, like "leading by its own example could be an idea?"]. Thanks!
