Explanation:
I have no idea how a 'legato' can be in any way 'false', but that's the only sense I can make of this, not being a musician. I am mystified, however, to not find a single valid ref. to this collocation doing a quick Google search.
Assuming that this part of it has any sense whatsoever in musical terms, then I think 'juicy' might be a more appropriate rendering for 'savoureux' (even though the s/t is not 'juteux') — I believe this is a term we use when describing music, e.g. expressions like "juicy fat chords". Thought I suppose you could equally well use 'tasty' if you wanted to, an equally sensual adjective for something lushly musical...

Asker: Thanks,, with some knowledge of music myself, I was wondering if "broken legato" would work here, but I am unsure what musical piece they are referring to, as this may not actually be the case here.

  -> Thanks, Victoria! In most musical contexts, I've come across (and assuming this is meant to be a technical term), I think 'false' is more applicable, like a false harmony etc. But I admit I have no idea what it might actually be!
