French term or phrase: 48h calendaires
Hello

In a document about Occupational Health and Safety, reporting accidents and what constitutes different accidents in terms of seriousness

"Hospitalisation d’une durée supérieure à 48h calendaires"

Can I take ***48h calendaires*** to be a typo or does it mean something? I've checked the original pdf and it is not an OCR scan problem.

Thanks
