French term or phrase: animation

I've seen "animation commerciale" translated as sales events, but I don't think it fits my context, which here would mean working with a network of local insurance brokers and getting them to sell more policies. In fact, I have a feeling that they mean "animation du réseau commercial" (https://www.definitions-marketing.com/definition/animation-r... but I don't know how to express it in marketing speak.

Explanation:
I think this is a marketing term for the management and motivation of the regional sales network. "animation" sounds more fun and peppy than "gestion" and incorporates a sense of motivation and fun.
