French term or phrase: seront y en informé
Hello

I am translating a text about a network of non-governmental organisations for development cooperation. The section relates to a plan to draw up an inventory of the support services, tools and practices offered by the various affiliated agencies or bodies within the network. I am having trouble with the phrase seront y en informé which is in this sentence:

Un inventaire conjoint et précis des services, outils et pratiques d’accompagnement sera préparé ... et au moins 60% des partenaires seront y en informé

Perhaps something is amiss with the source text?

Thank you

will be informed (plural)

Explanation:
au moins 60% des partenaires seront y en informés

You are right, seront (plural) and informé (singular) cannot be combined like this. The sentence before this is incorrect as well. The two elements inventaire ... et précis ... require the plural: seront préparés instead of sera préparé.

Besides: The combination of y en looks strange as well.
