French term or phrase: douane faite
I am translating the report of an audit. It mentions that the company sometimes uses the Incoterm EXW "douane fait," alors que son usage est normalement prohibé à l’exportation. (En application des règles de territorialité de la TVA, ces ventes sont considérées comme réalisées sur le territoire français et sont donc assujetties à la TVA.

And no, I don't think this would translate as "customs made." I looked up the Incoterms but have gotten nicely stuck...
