Marketing - Internet, e-Commerce
French term or phrase: décrocheur
This is from an internal marketing study I'm translating for a leading French e-commerce company. It's basically trying to analyse why certain people unsubscribe from their service, which involves lots of emails and offers.

So I know exactly what the term means, but I just can't remember or come up with the English word we'd use in this context.

Here are some examples from the study:

The title:
- Etude qualitative internationale sur les décrocheurs

Elsewhere:
- Au-delà des critiques transverses sur l’expérience client, différents profils de *décrocheurs* se font jour, selon la perception de l’offre X aujourd’hui, l’ancienneté de la relation avec X et le type de shopper
- Les membres *décrocheurs* souhaitent se sentir davantage « chouchoutés » par X

Explanation:
There may be a more official term, but on a vernacular level, we refer to these as "opt-outs".

Some examples:

"Managing multiple mailing lists and tracking group ***opt-outs***"

"***Opt-outs*** are a great excuse for mini-market research. Call them to find out why they asked to be removed from your list."

Thanks, Jennifer. This was exactly what I needed and it was a good fit in the context. Phil's additional suggestions could also be useful so I'll enter them in the glossary too.
