"Low IP" here : http://h22208.www2.hpe.com/eginfolib/networking/docs/switche...

onfigure the range of IP address

Syntax

[no]range <IP-ADDR>[<IP-ADDR>]

range

Range of IP addresses for the DHCPv4 server address pool.

ip-addr

Low IP address.

High IP address.

Configure the DHCP pool to the range of IP address for the DHCP address pool.

You can probably translate it as it is: "low IP".

disagree  Daryo: in computing there are "low" and "high" addresses of all sorts, but none of the "secret" variety => in this ST "IP" has nothing to do with "Internet Protocol" or any other computing related field!
