Help please.

This sentence is found in a section found at the bottom of every page:

I have tentatively translated this as:

Mention on the final page of Part B: On the front: Name and status of the executory notary or the person or persons empowered to represent the legal entity vis à vis third parties
On the back: Name and signature (not applicable to """information-type""" documents)

English translation:not applicable to documents marked as "appended"
Explanation:
"Mention" is used when referring to documents appended to a document, usually with words such as:

"....qui demeurera ci-annexé après mention"

Meaning that the document is appended after a "mention" (i.e. note) to that effect

I would not call these "information-type" documents, they are simply appended documents

-> thanks but I rather think we need not bother here about the effect of the appended/incorporated document; just the fact that the notary doesn’t need to endorse/stamp/sign/afifix fee stamps to it
