I am translating this article in a rights transfer agreement and I have a doubt whether my translation is clear or accurate enough. I'd appreciate your help :)

Here's the sentence:

"Le Cédant reconnaît expressément que les modalités d’exploitation des Créations ne présentent qu’un caractère accessoire"

Suggested translation:

"The Transferor expressly acknowledges that the terms and conditions of use of the Creations are only of an incidental nature"

Is "of a incidental nature" clear enough or do you have ay more precise suggestions?

Whereas Collins gives this for incidental
happening in connection with or resulting from something more important; casual or fortuitous

And for ancillary Collins gives
subsidiary
auxiliary; supplementary
