vehicle incursions into roadworks
Explanation:
I think you need to take the phrase "intrusions de véhicules dans le balisage" as a whole, because this is expressed rather differently in (British) English. We tend to identify the site within the "balisage" as "roadworks", so this is about vehicle incursions into roadworks. We don't directly refer to the marking off of that site.

"SAFETYcam utilises two camera systems – one to monitor and report on the speeds of passing site traffic and one to record beginning to end submissible footage of unauthorised vehicle incursions into road works. As well as hosting both specialist camera systems and on-board Wi-Fi capability, SAFETYcam is a fully resourced and functional site welfare vehicle that is available for use by all."

Here are some official uses of the term to demonstrate that it is the standard way of expressing the idea. I note that they tend to write "road works" as two words, rather than "roadworks". I think that both are correct, just don't hyphenate it.

agree  Tony M: "into the marked-off area" Might make it easier to phrase in EN too if one used a verb rather than the noun 'intrusions' — 'detecting vehicles entering...' etc.

-> Thanks Tony. The term "incursions", like the French "intrusions", makes it clear that these are unauthorised and in breach of regulations. It's a standard term. "Entering" would include authorised entry.

neutral  Thomas Miles: or the 'perimeter of the (road) works site' ?
7 mins
-> While that also expresses the idea, it's verbose and not the standard term.
