I gather from some googling that a "port de gouttière" is a kind of mouthguard. Is there a more specific translation?

Une patiente présentant un abcès parodontal dans le secteur 36-37 est reçue en consultation en avril 2013. Du point de vue occlusal, une importante classe II est retrouvée avec uniquement des contacts postérieurs. Des traces de bruxisme sont également mises en évidence et associées à une déglutition atypique. Un traitement par port de gouttière nocturne et séances d’équilibration est entrepris en même temps que la thérapeutique initiale.

A patient presenting with a periodontal abscess in the 36-37 sector is received for consultation in April 2013. From the occlusal perspective, an important class II is found with only posterior contacts. Traces of bruxism are also discovered and associated with atypical swallowing. Treatment by nocturnal mouthguard and balancing sessions is conducted at the same time as the initial therapy.
