The following refers to inserting the femoral head of a hip implant into the insert/liner in the acetabular cup. Due à la forme rétentive de l’insert, l’impaction de la tête fémorale se fait en deux temps. Attendre le passage du *deuxième point dur* avant d’arrêter de serrer. At have found several translations of *point dur* I'm not sure which is appropriate here - "stiff spot"?
