Éva, I highly doubt it's Felty's Syndrome. This is part of a medical report, where the physician is recording his findings based on the examination of the patient. So he starts with pointing out there are no respiratory symptoms, then proceeds to auscultation of the lungs, noting that it is normal.

Moreover, the diagnosis of Felty's syndrome is based on a complete blood count, presence of splenomegaly and rheumatoid arthritis, not on lung examination.

I'm not en expert in that field, however it seems to me like it could be the Felty's syndrome as it can lead to a pulmonary fibrosis.
Could be useful for future reference and more for information I guess!
