Context:
existence de phénomènes excito-moteurs parasites qui, peut-être, peuvent être rattachés à la tasikinésie

Could this be excitomotor artifacts?

I think here parasitic = involuntary
excito-moteurs indicates that the phenomena are caused by excitation of motor nerves (i.e. not inhibition of motor nerves). I think therefore motor is correct; not muscle.
This excitation would result in muscular contraction which could be expressed as movement

This fits with the definition of tasikinésie

I don't think excito-motor is used in English, excitatory motor is I believe correct

phenomena of stimulus and motor response interference

Explanation:

Response interference (or response conflict) refers to the phenomenon whereby response times to a target stimulus are longer in the presence of distractor stimuli that indicate contrary motor responses. Response interference has been observed even when the distractor stimuli cannot be discriminated above chance levels
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22477057

The response to a stimulus often depends on the task in which it occurs. Here we study how single neurons in the posterior parietal cortex (PPC) respond to stimuli which are associated with different responses in different tasks. Two rhesus monkeys performed a task-switching paradigm.
