let only the central part rise Explanation: Not sure that the subject elle applies 100%, but I understand that either the thermal, all the thermal, and nothing but the thermal continues to rise, depending on the air around it, or that under some circumstances the outer part of the thermal and the inner part behave differently, with the outer part being slowed down more while the central "core" part rises faster. |
