related features Explanation: This definitely sounds like an archaeological or otherwise forensic field note. The term crater and related (or associated) features would be very typical for this kind of thing. Note that a feature is an earthwork of some kind, so it can't be used in reference to small finds like shell casings. These would be artifacts. I'm a professional field archaeologist. |
