"umbrella" Explanation: I'd keep the inverted commas as this is a business context and the word umbrella isn't very technical. Under the entry 'umbrella' in the Collins Robert French-English dictionary 2002 edition (page 2221) the use of it as an adjective, as in 'umbrella body' or 'organisation' is translated in French as 'organisme qui en chapeaute plusieurs autres'.
