Printing & Publishing
French term or phrase: Polygraphe
This term appears in a list of jobs/roles associated with a Swiss media company. According to Wikipedia, "Polygraphe est un métier suisse regroupant les anciennes professions de typographe et de photolithographe pour lesquelles il n’existe plus de formations dans ce pays." The meaning is clear from this definition but can anyone suggest how to express this in English? I may be wrong, but I don't think it's 'polygrapher' or any other cognate of 'polygraph'.

The word appears in a short document introducing a company to potential clients. The language variant is Swiss French and the target country is the UK.

Explanation:
These days, those jobs are all done on computers so I'd suggest "desktop publishing specialist" or "desktop publishing technician".

disagree  Angelina Galanska: this is clearly an old job or trade ... "for which there is no more training is available".
