Marketing - Tourism & Travel / Hotel description
French term or phrase: Menu courbe
Hi - I am translating a marketing brochure for a hotel - detailing the rooms and services on offer.

I have come across this term 'menu courbe' (together with Menu Loir, which will be a second question) - I have seen the term in French restaurants, but cannot think how to translate this.

I dont have much context, it is just a list of prices:

menu loir = 31 €/pers – menu courbe = 43 €/pers

I'd appreciate your assistance with this!

Many thanks.

Courbe menu
Explanation:
Courbe is a section of the Loir river, so I presume these are proper names for the menus (you might, for instance, find a "Times Square" menu in a NYC restaurant) which probably feature a lot of fish caught in the river.
So I would just leave it as Courbe Menu and Loir Menu.
