Explanation:
Hi Andrea,
I don't know of a one-word term for this in English. I have seen "négociant" used and then qualified with an explanation along the lines of "who matures/blends the wines in their own cellars" or "bottles wines under their own label".

neutral  B D Finch: Any references to back that up?// You mean: "That’s how we feel the job of Negociant-Eleveur (broker-maturer)"? That doesn't back up your answer, though it does back up mine.

Wine négotiant-éleveur

Explanation:
http://glossary.expert/Glossary/Life_Style/Wine/Négociant-Él...
"Négociant-Éleveur (France): A négociant equipped to perform all the tasks involved in taking an unfinished wine through to the bottling process, including ageing in barrel if desired."

http://blog.vinfolio.com/2016/06/22/what-is-a-wine-negociant...
"In general, you’ll encounter three types of wine negociants: those who buy pre-made wine and bottle it, those who make some improvements on the wine before bottling it, and those who take whole grapes or unfermented juice to make the wine virtually from scratch. This last type of negociant is called a “negociant-éleveur,” and they are the negociants with the most prestigious reputations."

Just noticed typo in my header term. Obviously should be "Wine négociant-éleveur"

agree  Tony M: I agree, it is SUCH a specific term in France with no equivalent I've ever found elsewhere, I think it is best to keep it in FR and explain if necessary / possible.

agree  philgoddard: You don't need to say "wine", though.
