Wie Marcombes richtig vermutet, geht es keinesfalls um Fahrtenschreiber, sondern einfach um eine chronologisch sortierte Ablage.
In Behörden werden Posteingänge in der "Registratur" aufgezeichnet, aber ich denke, "Ablage" wäre auch nicht falsch. Hauptsache, der Eingang wird dokumentiert.
