Zulauf(-)/Umfüllleitung - Ablauf/Abstich(-leitung) Explanation: Spontan (CL3)und spekulativ würde ich sinngemäß sagen, Zulauf - Ablauf Bei den Winzern ist soutirage die Bezeichnung für den Abstich (Umzug); siehe http://www.wein-plus.de/glossar/Soutirage.htm und was dépotage betrifft, fand ich folgendes: 1. http://www.wein-plus.de/glossar/Transvasage.htmhttp://www.we... Auch als Dépotage bezeichnetes und früher bei der Herstellung von Champagner gebräuchliches Verfahren, bei dem der Wein in eine andere Flasche umgefüllt (transvasieren = umfüllen) wurde, um ihn von den abgestorbenen Hefen zu befreien.
