Da es nur stichwortartig ist, fehlen nat. weitere Angaben. Es wäre möglich, dass es hier um die Zeit geht, die der Dienstleister bereit stehen muss, evt. auch telefonisch. Die "astreinte" wäre dann die Erreichbarkeit von Ansprechpartnern am Telefon.
