Der Ausdruck stammt aus einem (aktuellen) Ermittlungsbericht (Frankreich).
In einem alten Wörterbuch habe ich hierzu die Übersetzung "Zollschreiber" gefunden, ohne dass ich mir darunter etwas Genaues vorstellen kann. Der dt. Begriff Zollschreiber scheint auch etwas antiquiert zu sein.

Kennt jemand von Euch eine neuere Übersetzung?
Wenn ja, gibt es Quellen im Netz dafür?
