agree  laurgi: Vient de "3x7" = "trois fois sept" ou "trois [multiplié] par sept". //je voulais dire que "tant par tant" vient de la multiplication : "tant (multiplié) par tant". Même si ici on ne multiplie rien du tout (sauf pour calculer un volume).
