Per quanto riguarda il francese ho trovato la seguente definizione:
"proportion des fiches valides, avec lesquelles un contact argumenté aura été réalisé. Outre la qualité du fichier, les stratégies de rappel (plusieurs rappels à des horaires différents) permettent de maximiser la joignabilité, la qualité de l’accroche et de l’offre permettant de maximiser le taux de contacts argumentés"
Alla campagna di telemarketing fanno seguito il taux de concretisation e quello di rendement net che sono molto più chiari.

Invece per "taux d'exploitation du fichier" potrebbe andar bene "tasso di utilizzo del file"? In inglese hanno usato File operation rate.
