Explanation:
Non c'è nulla di sbagliato, secondo me, nelle proposte che ho letto e la mia si limita ad essere una soluzione alternativa, che però mi pare adatta a mettere in evidenza la contrapposizione con quel "degré d'autonomie" posto all'inizio della frase. Un'altra possibilità sarebbe poi quella di rendere il termine con 'tenuto': "tenuto ad un minimo forfettario annuo di giornate lavorative".
