Le Fonds sera directement ou indirectement investi sur les marchés financiers français et étrangers, en obligations et autres titres de créances, garantis ou non garantis, émis par des états souverains ou des entreprises dont le rating minimum est BBB (Standard and Poor’s).
Le Fonds ne pourra pas détenir dans son actif plus de 10% en parts ou actions d’OPCVM français ou coordonnés.
Le Fonds pourra conclure une ou plusieurs opérations de gré à gré, portant sur des instruments financiers à terme - tels que des swaps - sur les marchés de taux et devises jusqu'à 100% de son actif net. Le Fonds pourra notamment conclure un ou plusieurs contrats d'échange de performance de gré à gré (ex: total return swap) de manière à atteindre l'objectif de gestion.
L’ensemble de ces instruments pourra être utilisé pour couvrir et/ou exposer le portefeuille aux risques de taux et devises.
