Les médias sont nécessaires à la représentation de ce néant-réalité et à sa production indéfinie. Il faut qu'il se diffuse et c'est à quoi ils servent. La diffusion, dans notre monde, tient lieu de la substance, elle en assure l'illusion à condition de fonctionner sans répit . Tout cela est dans un parfait équilibre, dont la clef réside dans l'absence de sens. La mécanique médiatique a besoin de cette matière à diffuser et ce besoin est réciproque.
