Nel catalogo dello strumentario per implantologia ho trovato questo strumento di cui mi è perfettamente chiaro il funzionamento ma che non ho la minima idea di come si chiami in italiano.

Ecco la frase:

*Pince distractive* permettant de raccourcir les plaques (per placche s'intendono le placche mandibolari).
Lo strumento viene in contrapposizione ad un altro definito "pince cmpressive" che invece permette l'allungamento delle placche.
