Viene chiamato anche carton plume, foamcore o sandwich. Si tratta di un foglio di polistirolo rivestito di cartoncino bristol. Apprezzabile per la sua leggerezza, si taglia agevolmente con il cutter. Generalmente è spesso 5 mm.
