Ancora la donna di prima, arrabbiata con l'amica che (secondo lei) ci ha provato col suo ex (mentre questa nega):

"Reste avec lui, j'en ai rien à foutre. Mais je supporte pas de voir ta guele déçue, ça me file la gerbe."

Dal contesto è chiaro che le monta la rabbia, ho pensato di tradurre con "mi dà ai nervi" o qualcosa simile.
