Caros colegas, a pergunta pode parecer fácil ou demasiado zelosa, mas estou na dúvida entre "contratualização" e "contratação". O primeiro termo não é reconhecido pelo Vocabulário da ABL, mas há muitas referências no Google de trabalhos acadêmicos que utilizam esse verbete. O segundo termo, na minha opinião, não expressa totalmente a ideia do original francês, mas existe em português e é utilizado, por exemplo, para traduzir o termo inglês "contracting" (várias referências no glossário do KudoZ).
