Aparece en una patente que hace referencia a un dispositivo de análisis de alta resolución de elementos y en una de las frases pone:

He encontrado en inglés como equivalente "point, line, plane (system)*, pero nada en español. Si algún ingeniero o experto en la materia me pudiera ayudar se lo agradecería enormemente.
