"suspensión temporal de empleo", "reduccion parcial/total de jornada", "excedencia por cuidados" Explanation: NOTA: mejor un término por pregunta... Vamos por partes. traducir el primero por "suspensión de empleo" es el más problemático, porque suena mal, aunque creo que es el término adecuado cuando es voluntario. Crédit temps sería lo que en España se conoce como reducción de jornada; se entiende que será siempre parcial, porque si es total es una baja laboral por la razón que sea.
