Explanation:
En el ámbito médico, al menos en México, parece haber consenso en usar o bien bypass, como en inglés, o bien derivación; hacer una derivación es derivar: en el contexto adecuado, no hay equívocos. Yo creo que puedes usar "o derivar las arterias o venas bloqueadas".
