Hola a todos:

Estoy traduciendo un acta de garantía del fondo de comercio y en un anexo me viene la frase:
"Comprenant la clientèle, l'achalandage et le matériel servant à l'exploitation dudit fonds de commerce".

Tengo entendido que "l'achalandage" es la clientela que se deriva del lugar donde se sitúa un fondo de comercio, pero no puedo poner dos veces "clientes" o "clientela". ¿Alguna ayudita?
