En este contexto que os explico a continuación no logro captar con claridad el sentido del pronombre y del verbo que lo acompaña, os lo escribo: "Le travail détruit quelques idées et de mythes pour leur substituer des notions sinon scientifiques du moins fondées sur des témoignages soigneusement recueillis". La oración es bastante larga y no tiene ningún tipo de puntuación interna, por lo que complica la traducción. No me pega ""para sustituirles nociones" si no científicas, al menos basadas en testimonios recogidos cuidadosamente".
