Con lo que veo en la pegunta creo que igual se trada de algo así como: "Ça bouge à Marseille!" por ejemplo:

"hay marcha en ..."
"cosas que hacer en..."
"actividades en..."

y más... pero habría que saber si van por ahí los tiros.
