Cette phrase est tirée de conditions générales régissant les modalités de la collaboration entre des entreprises ferroviaires à l'échelle internationale.

Suite à une révision du texte original (allemand) "rigoureux" (streng) doit être remplacé par un autre adjectif -ou locution- indiquant que le contrôle ne présente aucune faille, est intégral ou qqch dans le genre (lückenlos).

Il y beaucoup de solutions possibles, mais je n'arrive pas à décider laquelle a la portée juridique la plus proche du terme allemand "lückenlos" (littéralement "sans lacune", je précise pour ceux qui n'ont pas la paire de-fr, vu que je poste ma question dans la section fr-fr).

c'est vrai qu'infaillible n'admet aucune erreur...
tout bien réfléchi si l'idée est celle d'un contrôle intégral continu (par opposition à un contrôle partiel ou random) tu pourrais peut-être utiliser "contrôle systématique"?

Asker: Merci Agnès, mais j'ai l'impression qu'infaillible ferait peser une trop lourde responsabilité sur le transporteur car il pose une exigence qualitative (sans concession!). Je préfère me limiter à une exigence quantitative.
