E. nicht recht gut zusammen. "(Zu)rückbehaltung" heißt "zadržení", damit sollte es einigermaßen zu tun haben. In Ihrem Satz könnte vielleicht diese Deutung sinnvoll sein. Notes to answerer Asker: Also zuerst vielen Dank für Ihre blitzschnelle Antwort und mehrfache Hilfe! Ich meine, es könnte so sein, aber ich bin auch nicht 100% sicher. Zanechá –li poštovní doručovatel ve schránce výzvu k vyzvednutí zásilky, je adresát oprávněn přijmout zásilku na poště ve lhůtě do sedmi dnů. Opomene-li tuto lhůtu nebo oznámí-li poštovní doručovatel delší nebo vůbec žádnou lhůtu, pak platí, že zásilka je i přesto doručená uplynutím sedmého dne. Následujícím dnem začíná běžet lhůta pro opravný prostředek. Udělením............se neovlivní průběh lhůty.; také v tomto případě se považuje zásilka sedmým dnem za doručenou.
