agree  Peter Kissik: Souhlasím jen s druhou variantou. A nevynechal bych "prosím". Jednak mi není známo, ze by se to v cestine nepouzívalo, a krome toho je to v originalnim textu. A kdyz si to zakaznik preje...

  -> Děkuji, Peter. "Prosím" se v IT často vynechává. Porovnejte např. anglickou a českou verzi Windows. V AJ se to "please" jen hemží, zatímco v ČJ by přehršel "prosím" vypadala tak nějak podivně.
