Ook wel liftolie of Vlaams oplichtolie genoemd. Geforceerd tot stand gebracht dun oliefilmpje onder de rotoras dat ervoor zorgt dat de rotoras van de turbine goed kan draaien zonder frictie, volgens mij o.a. tijdens het astornen.
